Summary
This article explains how to Exchange tickets for an order for the same event.
Go to the Order Detail page:
Unfulfill current tickets:
- Under Fulfillment, click on more
- Click Cancel Fulfillment
Add new tickets:
- Click on Add More Items to choose new tickets
- Choose new tickets and click select to add to order
- Follow steps to return to Order Details page.
Remove old seats:
- Remove old seats by click X next to price
- Click Save Order
Send tickets:
- If there is a balance due or owed, either charge the balance or refund the customer
- Click Confirmation Email/Text to send new tickets
