Summary
This article explains how to send the update email / text in an order .
Steps
- Select Main Event from Navigation Menu
- Click Edit
- Choose the Event you would like to send an update message to, then scroll down to the section titled “Update Email Setting”
- Update the subject line (Note: this will also be the text message sent out)
- Update the content that you want to communicate to guests.
- Once you have the subject line and content ready to send, click “Save” in the top right corner
- Go to Orders in the Navigation Menu and click on “Find Order”
- Filter by the Event you would like to send an update email / text to
- Hit “Search”
- Select the box to Select ALL (NOTE: you can send update email to up to 100 orders at a time, so you may need to do this process multiple times if there are more than 100 orders in the system).
- Select Bulk Actions and Select “Email Update”. Choose your delivery options. Email and Text is default.
- Select “Apply”
