Update Email / Text

Summary

This article explains how to send the update email / text in an order .

Steps

  1. Select Main Event from Navigation Menu
  2. Click Edit
  1. Choose the Event you would like to send an update message to, then scroll down to the section titled “Update Email Setting”
  1. Update the subject line (Note: this will also be the text message sent out)
  2. Update the content that you want to communicate to guests.
  3. Once you have the subject line and content ready to send, click “Save” in the top right corner
  1. Go to Orders in the Navigation Menu and click on “Find Order” 
  2. Filter by the Event you would like to send an update email / text to
  3. Hit “Search”
  1. Select the box to Select ALL (NOTE: you can send update email to up to 100 orders at a time, so you may need to do this process multiple times if there are more than 100 orders in the system).
  2. Select Bulk Actions and Select “Email Update”. Choose your delivery options. Email and Text is default.
  3. Select “Apply”
