Summary
This article explains the steps on how to delete the channel when you encounter the error below when you try to delete a channel.
Step 1 – Go To Main Events and Click Edit
Step 2 – Pick any event that has that Channel built into it. Go to Edit Main Event
Step 3 – Find View Channels (On the Right Side, towards the top of the page)
Step 4 – Go to the Category Discount Tab at the Top
Step 5 – Find the Channel
Step 6 – Now Delete all the Price Codes
Step 7– Once they are all Deleted, Press Save
Step 8 – Press OK
Step 9 – Now Click the Channels Tab
Step 10– Find the Channel and Delete
Step 11 – Click OK for Are you sure.
Step 12 – Scroll to the Bottom and Press Save, Press of OK to save changes
Step 13 – Go to Find Channels
Step 14 – Find the Channel you want to Delete, Press Edit
Step 15 – Press Delete
Step 16 – Press OK and you are done
