Tested BOCA ticket size:
1. In Customer’s Order, click the “View Tickets” button in the top of the screen.
2. In your Chrome Browser, Click Print. Note: you can also update these settings within your Printer setting
3. Update Printer Settings
- Destination: your Boca printer
- Layout: Portrait
- Paper size: your ticket size
- Margins: None
- Scale: select Custom and set it to 55. (It may vary due to different ticket size. Please start with 55% and some clients can go up to 100%.)
- Uncheck Header and footers.
- Uncheck Background graphics.
