Activate a deleted (Killed) ticket or listing

Summary

This article explains the steps to re-activate a deleted (Killed) ticket or listing in the event.

Step 1

  1. Login and click on Main Event in the left hand nav
  2. Click on Edit next to the Main Event

Step 2

  1. Scroll down to the Ticket Listings
  2. Click on the pencil to the right of the listing to pen the ticket listing edit pop up

Step 3

  1. Uncheck the Hide Deleted Tickets box on the top right hand side of the pop up
  2. Check the individual ticket of the listing or choose the entire listing by clicking the Select All next to Section at the top
  3. Using the drop down at the bottom of the pop up on the left hand side, click Available
  4. Click on Change Status button
  5. Exit out of the pop up
