Overview:
This article explains the new feature we added to the price code with conditions in the ticket listing. This new feature allows you to set the conditions for each price code to determine when to activate or deactivate (show or hide) the price code online. There are 3 types of conditions you can set :
- By Date – by set the specific date and time
- By Days – by number of days prior to the event date and time
- By Quantity – by the range of quantity
Note: The time in both by Days and by date are based on the event time zone.
To enable the condition
- Click on main event from the left menu -> click on the edit button next to the main event -> select the event (or game) that you want to edit.
- under the ticket listing module, click on edit (pencil icon) right next to the ticket you want to edit.
- Under the setting tab, under pricing section, click on Conditions of Availability under each price code.
By Date
- Clock on the By Date radio button
- Enter the start and end date and time that you want this price code to show and hide on the specified date and time.
Note: The start and end time in both by Days and by date condition can be empty ONLY when end date (or end day number) is NOT same as start date (or start day number). If start date (or start day number) and end date (or end day number are the same, the end time must be AFTER start time.
By Days
- Clock on the By Date radio button
- Check on By Number of Days checkbox
- Enter the start and end days (prior to event date) and time that you want this price code to show and hide on the specified date and time.
By Quantity
- Clock on the By Quantity radio button
- Enter the start and end quantity for the price code that will deactivate (or hide) the price code when available quantity reach the set end quantity.
