The box office will be located on-site at Hanahan Amphitheater – 3100 Mabeline Road, Hanahan, SC 29410.
The box office and parking lot will open at 4:30pm. Gates open at 5:30 pm. The concert starts at 6:30pm, October 2nd, 2021.
All tickets are mobile QR codes and must be scanned at the venue for entry. QR codes will be sent out approximately 2 weeks before the event date.
The ticket can only be scanned once and any duplicated ticket will not be allowed for entry.
There is a 10 ticket limit per transaction.
All sales are final. No refunds.
Tickets purchased from FriendlySky or the Box Office are for your personal use and may not be resold for more than face value. FriendlySky reserves the right to cancel any order Police Productions, LLC deems in conflict of this policy.
A government issued photo ID, order number and the credit card used for purchase are required for will call pickup or troubleshooting by the original purchaser.
In the interest of preserving affordable ticket prices for all patrons, FriendlySky is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third parties and cannot provide customer service notifications or refunds for tickets purchased from unauthorized sites, unauthorized ticket distributors or brokers.
Please note that seating maps are representative of the venue’s layout. However, they are subject to change at any time and refunds are not allowed if the seating map is updated, if additional tickets are added, or if tickets change as a result of a venue change after purchase.
Lineup and set times are subject to change without notice.
Police Productions, LLC may occasionally offer tickets at a discount after the original on-sale date, and will not refund the difference between the original price and the sale price.
During the concert, the lost & found is located near the ticket office. At the end of the night, all unclaimed items will be moved to the Hanahan Parks Recreation Office.
For the safety of everyone entering the concert, all patrons are subject to a full and complete search prior to entry.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to submit to a full body pat-down before entry. If you would like to be screened by security personnel of your same gender, please let security personnel know prior to the search process.
All bags will be searched upon entry.
At any time during the entry process if you have questions, please ask for assistance from concert staff located at the front gates.
Guests and their belongings are subject to search upon entry. Please adhere to the rules below.

- For safety concerns, towels/belongings must NOT be left unattended at any time. Security will be monitoring closely.
- Collapsible strollers
- Standard non-professional cameras (no detachable lenses)

- Sunblock (non-aerosol)
- Medications with a prescription and a matching valid ID (venue is not Prop 64/215 approved)

- Glass of any kind, including glass bottles
- Lawn chairs / beach chairs / high-back chairs / backpack chairs / hammocks / other lounging equipment
- Outside food and drinks
- Blankets & Towels that are larger than 60” x 30”
- Sand wagons
- Narcotics and drug paraphernalia.
- Alcohol of any kind
- Drones or any other unmanned aircraft.
- Marker pens and spray paint
- Water guns and water balloons
- Bicycles, skateboards, rollerblades, scooters (motorized or push), hoverboards, segways
- Fireworks or other explosives
- Glow sticks
- Totems / flags / flag poles
- Megaphones, PA systems, air horns
- Coolers of any kind (non-medical)
- Pets (service animals exempt)
- Video recording equipment
- Professional cameras and camera equipment
- Audio recording equipment
- Amplified sound devices (wireless speakers, etc.)
- Flyers / stickers
- Selfie sticks
- Colors / no patches of affiliation (motorcycle club, gang, etc.)

You assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting a communicable disease or illness—including, without limitation, exposure to COVID-19 or any other bacteria, virus, or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, whether that exposure occurs before, during, or after the event, and regardless of how caused or contracted—and you hereby waive any and all claims and potential claims against FriendlySky, Police Productions, LLC and any companies affiliated with FriendlySky or Police Productions, LLC — relating to such risks, hazards, and dangers.
The safety of fans, artists, and staff is always our top priority. We will be in regular communication with local health and public safety officials and will continue to abide by all guidelines as they are put forth. As the event approaches, ticket holders will receive regular updates with the important information needed to plan their visit to Cody Johnson and friends at Springfield Raceway, including any changes to policies and procedures they’ll need to know before entering the venue for their event. Updates will be shared on our website, through our social media channels, and direct to ticket holders via email.
All persons entering the venue, including babies in arms, must have a ticket. Each ticket will allow one admittance. Children under 2 years of age not recommended.
If you leave the venue, for any reason, re-admittance will not be allowed without repurchasing an event ticket.
THIS IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT. If the event is canceled, FriendlySky will post this information on the website and/or contact ticketholders and provide a full refund for the face value amount that was paid for the ticket. Service fees are NOT refundable. If the event is postponed or rescheduled, the ticket will be honored for the rescheduled event date. New tickets will not be reissued for most rescheduled or postponed events. Inclement weather for any outdoor performances or events is not cause for a refund unless a performance or event is actually cancelled. A performance that has begun, but is shortened due to severe weather conditions, is not cause for a full or partial refund.
There is limited accessible parking available near the concert on a first-come, first-served basis to vehicles displaying a state-issued handicapped plate or placard.
An ADA viewing area will be available for those in need. One companion ticket is available for purchase with each ADA concert ticket; ADA tickets may be required to be picked up at will call. Please e-mail [email protected] for more info.
