When do I get the link to my show?
You will receive a link 24 hours before the start of the livestream. If you do not have it in your inbox, please check your junk/spam folder. If you cannot find it please email support below.
How can I stream on PC, Apple or Laptop?
You can stream on any device that has a web browser. The recommended browsers for these types of devices are Chrome, Safari and Firefox.
How can I stream on a mobile device?
Any mobile device that has a browser will be able stream the event. The recommended browsers for mobile devices are Chrome and Safari.
How can I stream on a Smart TV?
If your Smart TV has one of the recommend browsers, you should be able to stream the event. Not all browsers are compatible with our service. You can test your browser by using the test link in your email or request one from support below. The recommended browsers for these types of devices are Chrome, Safari and Firefox.
How can I stream using Chromecast or Airplay?
For Chromecast, you do this by using Chromecast A Tab. If you are unfamiliar with this, please follow the instructions provided by Google at this link.
For Airplay, if you have an Apple TV you can mirror your device. If you have an Airplay 2-compatible Smart TV, please follow the instructions provide by Apple at this link.
How can I stream using Fire TV or Roku?
If your Amazon Fire TV device has web browser enabled, you should be able to view the event. At this Roku is no longer supported.
Do you have an app that we can download and watch the live stream?
At this there is no app available to stream event. You must watch in web browser.
What browsers do you recommend to what the livestream with?
The recommend browsers to view an event are:
- Chrome 30+ (has automatic updates)
- Firefox 27+ (has automatic updates)
- Internet Explorer 11
- Microsoft Edge
- Safari 9+
*Note – If your browser is supported by Flash, it will no be compatible.
How many devices can I stream on?
You login will work on one device at a time. If you sign in on a new device, the old device will be signed out. If you purchased more than one ticket, you will be provided the additional logins. We recommend you use an email of the person who will be accessing the second device.
How many tickets can I buy?
Most ticket limits are set at 8 per event. When you are checking out before entering payment, you will be prompted to enter the emails of the other logins for the tickets you are purchasing. For any order over the ticket limit, please email support below so we can accommodate your request.
What if I cannot watch the show “live”, but have purchased a ticket?
Most shows are available on demand after the live showing. The time frame is set by the artist. Typically, they range from 48 hours to 7 days.
Can I gift a ticket to someone?
Yes, just purchase the number of tickets you need and enter their Name and Email Address on the checkout page before payment. We will set up the account and email them the login information.
Can I download the livestream?
No, livestreams cannot be downloaded. Please contact the artist directly to see if the event will be available as download later.
What are the requirements to view the stream?
Viewers must have a minimum stable download speed of 500 kbps in order to play low-resolution SD 240p video. For a more enjoyable viewing experience and to play high definition video, we recommend using a 5 Mbps or faster internet connection. Whenever possible, hardwired ethernet connections are preferred over wireless (Wi-Fi or cellular).
Not sure what speeds your device is receiving? Visit testmy.net (on mobile or desktop) for an estimate. We recommend performing this test a few times since bandwidth can change.
When Can I login?
You can login as soon as you get the link for the event, usually 24 hours before the event. We recommend logging in 15 to 30 minutes early.
I cannot login, what should I do?
If you have bought a ticket and have a confirmation email from the purchase and you cannot login, please click the Forgot Password link and reset your password.

What if the show does not start on time?
Be patient, chat with fans online and we will update with a message on the livestream on any delays or changes in start time.
